Three Italian newest BCU Level 2 Coaches!!!

Si è svolto lo scorso fine settimana l'esame finale per diventare Level 2 Coach BCU.
Si sono ritrovati sul Lago di Lugano i tre candidati provenienti da Torino, Udine e Trieste.
L'esaminatore, invece, è arrivato dal Regno Unito: Ashley St-John Claire è tornato in Italia per valutare la preparazione didattica raggiunta dagli insegnanti italiani durante il lungo tirocinio annuale (il corso si era svolto l'anno passato a Vulcano!).
Ashley era già venuto in Italia nel novembre 2012 per l'esame Level 2 Coach, che all'epoca avevamo sostenuto il mio amico tedesco Trenk ed io, ed era poi ritornato nel maggio 2013 per il secondo corso Level 1 Coach, organizzato da Tatiyak sul Lago Maggiore. Anche stavolta, come allora, abbiamo potuto contare sulla preziosa collaborazione di Sullacqua, la locale associazione di canoisti lacustri e marini che ha messo a disposizione kayak e canoe per esaminatore, insegnanti e studenti.
Il clima poco clemente non ha smorzato l'entusiasmo e, tra lezioni in acqua, questionari on-line, traduzioni simultanee, portfolio da consegnare e carte da firmare, alla fine abbiamo brindato ai tre nuovi Level 2 Coach BCU italiani: Toni Pusateri, Riccardo Pittia e Gregorio De Zorzi!
I tre nuovi insegnanti potranno organizzare corsi e brevetti 2 stelle BCU... per una pioggia di stelle tutte italiane! Complimenti e buon lavoro!

Last weekend was dedicated to the Level 2 Coach BCU assessment on the Lugano Lake with three Italian Level 1 Coaches coming from Turin, Udine and Trieste.
The assessor arrived from the United Kingdom: Ashley St-John Claire has come back to Italy for assessing the Italian Coaches after their long training (the course took place last year in Vulcano!).
Ashley had already come to Italy in November 2012 for the examination Level 2 Coach, that my German friend Trenk and I have passed, and he also had come back in May 2013 for the second Level 1 Coach organized by Tatiyak on Maggiore Lake. This time we have been able to count on the active cooperation of Sullacqua, the local Association of lake and sea canoeists and kayakers, that has made boat and equipment available for the assessor, coaches and students.
The weather was not very clement but has not damped the enthusiasm of everybody. So, between sessions on the water, on-line questionnaires, simultaneous translations, portfolio to be delivered and papers to be signed, at the end we have drink a toast to the three Italian newest BCU Level 2 Coaches: Tones Pusateri, Riccardo Pittia and Gregorio De Zorzi!
